Web
Scraping
Web scraping services
that pull the data you
need from any website into a clean spreadsheet.
Thousands of Web Pages, One Clean File
Copying data from hundreds of web pages can take your team weeks. Scraping tools collect the same data in a fraction of the time. Our team then checks the results, removes duplicates, and arranges everything into the exact columns you asked for, so the file is ready to use the moment it arrives.
Types of Web Scraping Services
Every project starts with a simple question: which websites, and which details? Here are the most common jobs businesses hand over.

Website Data Scraping
Collect specific details from company websites in bulk, such as company name, services, locations, phone numbers, published emails, and page links. It’s ideal for building prospect lists, researching a market, or filling gaps in your existing database.
Example: services and office locations from 2,000 HVAC company websites.

Product and Price Scraping
Pull product names, descriptions, specifications, stock status, and listed prices from online stores and supplier catalogs. Compare your prices and range with competitors without checking each site by hand.
Example: prices for 500 products across five competitor stores, side by side.

Listings and Review Scraping
Gather public listings and reviews from local business listings, property sites, job boards, and review websites, where the site allows it. Spot new businesses, track hiring activity, or see what customers say about you and your competitors.
Example: every new restaurant listing in Chicago this month, with ratings.

How a Web Scraping
Service Works
The hard, technical part is handled for you. Here’s what happens:
- You tell us what you need. Which websites, which details (columns), and how many records.
- We check the websites. We confirm the data is public, allowed to be collected, and can be reached.
- The scraper is set up and run. Our tools collect the data from every page you need.
- People check the results. We remove duplicates, fix formatting, and flag missing details.
- You get your file. It arrives in Excel, CSV, or another format you choose, ready to use.
Business Directory Scraping
Business directories and local listing sites hold thousands of companies, sorted by category and location. Directory scraping collects those listings for you: business name, category, address, phone number, website, ratings, and any other details shown. You get a ready-made list of every plumber in Florida, every dental clinic in Ontario, or every logistics company in Texas, without opening a single page yourself. It’s one of the fastest ways for sales and marketing teams to build a targeted prospect list.
Need business email addresses for a list of companies? Email extraction finds the emails that companies publish on their websites, contact pages, online directories, and other public business sources, and matches each one to the right company. You can also send us your own files, such as business cards from events, enquiry forms, or old spreadsheets, and we’ll pull the emails into one clean list.
- Emails are found from the websites and sources you choose.
- Each email is checked to see whether it’s still active, so fewer of your emails bounce.
- Duplicates and personal-looking addresses are removed unless you ask to keep them.
- You get a clean list with email, company name, website, and source page for each one.
LinkedIn Profile Research for B2B Lead Lists
LinkedIn is often the best way to confirm who works where. Instead of your team searching profiles one by one, our researchers find the company page and the right decision-makers (owners, CEOs, directors, and managers) for each business on your list. They add each person’s LinkedIn profile link, name, and job title to your file. The work is done within LinkedIn’s rules, using public information only, so your list is accurate and your outreach is safe.
Web Scraping FAQs
Scraping publicly available business information, such as company names, published phone numbers, product details, and listed prices, is generally lawful in the US and Canada. It depends on how it’s done and how the data is used. We only collect public data, respect each website’s terms and access rules, and never go behind logins or paywalls. If you use scraped emails for marketing, follow the email laws for your market (CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR). For specific legal questions, speak with your own advisor.
Web scraping uses software to pull large amounts of data from websites quickly. Data mining (as we offer it) is hands-on research to find specific decision-makers and their contact details. Data collection gathers, organizes, and checks business information from many sources, including your own files. Many projects use more than one. (Link “data mining” and “data collection” to their pages.)
Most public websites can be scraped, but not all. We don’t collect data from pages behind a login, sites whose terms clearly forbid it, or personal information that isn’t meant to be public. Some sites are also technically hard to scrape. Before quoting, we check every website you list and tell you honestly what can and can’t be collected.
The cost depends on how many websites and records you need, how many fields per record, how complex the websites are, and whether it’s a one-time project or regular updates. A simple one-time scrape of a single directory costs much less than ongoing price tracking across many stores. You’ll get a clear quote before any work starts.
Yes. Scraping can be repeated on a schedule, such as daily, weekly, or monthly, so you always have fresh prices, listings, or business details. Each update can also show what changed since last time, such as new listings, removed products, or price changes.
Small, simple projects can be done within a few days. Large projects across many websites take longer and are delivered in batches, so you can start using the data sooner. You’ll get a timeline with your quote.
Usually Excel or CSV, with one row per record and clearly named columns. JSON or a file ready to import into your CRM is also available. Each record can include the web page it came from, so your team can check any detail.
Websites update their design and content over time. That doesn’t affect data you’ve already received, but it can affect future updates. For ongoing projects, scrapers are checked and adjusted when a website changes, so your scheduled updates keep running smoothly.
